FAQ
Questions worth asking.
If yours is not here, ask us directly — we answer every message.
What types of prefab structures do you offer?
Three families. Wood: straight-cut spruce and pine cabins, plus hand-sculpted Western Red Cedar and White Pine log homes produced in Canada. Steel: insulated sandwich-panel buildings and foldable containers. Dome: geodesic glamping domes for resorts and events.
How long does delivery take?
Straight-cut wood cabins run about three months. Hand-sculpted Western Red Cedar and White Pine log homes take about six, because every log is worked individually. Steel and dome structures are quicker — ask us for a current estimate. Shipping time on top depends on your destination.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. Our Western Red Cedar and White Pine lines are regularly built to customer plans, and we will work from your architect's drawings or develop a design with you.
What is the quality of wood used?
Our Canadian lines use Western Red Cedar in round logs from 42cm up to a full metre in diameter, and White Pine from 31cm to 46cm, both hand-sculpted by master craftsmen in Canada. The Easy to Build line uses premium spruce and pine species to a Canadian design.
Are your structures suitable for all climates?
They are built for a range of climates, but the right specification changes with the site — insulation, snow load and foundation all depend on where you are building. Tell us the location when you request a quote and we will specify accordingly.
What are Sandwich Panels used for?
Dormitories, site offices, staff accommodation and clinics — anywhere you need an insulated, low-maintenance building that ships efficiently and goes up quickly.
How quickly can Foldable Containers be assembled?
About ten minutes per unit. They ship folded flat and open into a finished room on site, which is why they are used for emergency relief and rapid deployment.
What makes Glamping Domes special?
They are genuinely relocatable — taken down and moved rather than demolished — and their light foundation footprint lets them sit on land that could not carry a conventional building. That combination is what makes them work for resorts and events.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. We arrange freight to your port or site and provide the documentation you need to clear customs.
What support do you offer after purchase?
Everything arrives numbered and documented for assembly, and we stay reachable through the build. Tell us what your crew needs and we will make sure they have it.
