• These houses include & comes with floor beams, wooden floors and walls, doors, door locks & handles, PVC double-sided windows, wooden roof with asphalt tiles, as well as all the instructions & all hardware needed for the assembly of the house (for the Do It Yourself Lovers).
• These houses exclude the electrical wiring – the plumbing material nor any fitting in the rooms (such as wood cobber’s or sinks) the rooms are empty.
• Delivery in 3 months.
• Installation time depend on the size but (as an idea only) between 10 days for small sizes and 2 months for large sizes.
